Delete your account
You can delete your Veda account and its data at any time, either from inside the app or by writing to us.
From the app
- Open Veda and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password, or by typing DELETE if you signed in with Google or Apple.
Your account is locked immediately and you are signed out on every device.
By email
If you cannot sign in, email support@vedaclassroom.com from the address on your account with the subject Delete my account. We will verify it is you and confirm once the request is recorded.
What happens, and when
Your data is kept for 30 days after you request deletion, so an accidental request can be undone. Contact support within that window to restore the account. After it passes, the data below is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

If you are a teacher, please read this first. Deleting your account also deletes the classes, subjects, learning kits, quizzes, attendance and grade records you created. Your students will lose access to the material you shared with them. Export anything you want to keep before you continue.
