Student reports that build themselves

Record a mark once. Grade logs, class summaries and per-student progress reports assemble from what you already recorded — and auto-checked quizzes fill themselves in.

How it works

Enter once, report forever

1

Record marks as you go

Create an assessment for a subject or batch — a unit test, an oral, a practical — and enter marks once. That single entry is the whole data-entry burden.

2

The report builds itself

Grade logs, class summaries and per-student profiles are assembled from what you recorded. Quiz and test scores from the app land there automatically, with no entry at all.

3

Share it or export it

Open a student's profile at a parents meeting, or export the grade log to Excel for records and report cards.

The difference

Most report tools give you a blank template

Report card makers hand you a design to type marks into. AI comment generators write a nice remark from a prompt. Neither knows how your student actually did — because neither holds the marks. Veda does: assessments, quiz scores and attendance all live in the same place, so the report is assembled rather than authored.

  • Marks entered once become every report
  • Auto-checked quizzes add themselves
  • Attendance and grades on the same student card
  • Export to Excel whenever you need paper

What you get

Every report a teacher actually needs

Reports from real data

Not a template you fill in by hand — the numbers come from the marks and quiz results already in the app.

Per-student profiles

Attendance percentage, average grade, subject-wise history — one screen per student, ready for a parent conversation.

Class summaries

See the class average, who is slipping, and which assessment the whole batch struggled with.

Excel export

Download grade logs as a spreadsheet when you need to print, archive or feed a school report card.

Auto-scored quizzes feed it

Every AI quiz and test you assign is checked automatically and flows straight into the student's record.

Students see their own

Each student sees their marks and progress — without seeing anyone else's.

Questions teachers ask

Before your first report

How is this different from a report card maker?

Report card makers give you a blank template to type into, and AI comment generators write remarks from a prompt. Veda builds the report from marks and quiz results you already recorded, so the numbers are real and the typing is done once, when you enter the mark.

Is it free?

Yes — recording assessments, viewing grade logs, class summaries and student profiles are free for teachers. There is no trial clock.

Do quiz scores appear automatically?

Yes. Any quiz or test you create and assign in the app is auto-checked, and the score lands in that student's record with no data entry.

Can I export the grades?

Yes — grade logs export to an Excel file for printing, archiving or transferring into a school report card.

Does it cover attendance too?

Each student profile carries their attendance percentage alongside grades, so a progress conversation has both halves. Attendance itself is handled by the free attendance tool.

Can parents see the reports?

Students see their own record in the app; you show or export the report for parents. There is no separate parent login to set up.
