2. Description of Service

Veda Smart Classroom is a digital classroom management platform designed for teachers and students. The Service includes class management, attendance tracking, quiz creation, grade management, study material sharing, and related educational tools.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Students under 13 must have consent from their school or parent/guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or use another user's account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm other users.

5. Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (study materials, quiz questions, etc.). By uploading, you grant Veda a limited license to store and display it within the platform.
• Our Content: All app design, branding, code, and platform features are the intellectual property of Veda Classroom.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veda Classroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
